You'll have more energy and zip than you'll know what to do with. You may already feel healthy and energized, but it's nothing compared to what's available to you. Eating well (wisely, in moderation) with well-liked friends is big. Exercise is big, too, so enjoy friends (and make new ones) at the gym or out for a walk, especially in the spring. Autumn chill may set in for November, but keep feeling young and lively. If people near you suffer health problems, especially in February and March, you can learn from them and perhaps help out.
